We pride ourselves on offering each of our patients the most advanced and the most customized care that their skin may need. Not only are we a medical Cincinnati dermatology office filled with a caring and highly experienced staff ready to advise you on anything skin-related, but we are also your companion alongside your skincare journey, which we know can be both exciting and challenging. 

As part of your new patient office visit or cosmetic consultation with Doctor Porras, below is some paperwork that we will require you to fill out, preferably prior to your appointment. Please also remember to bring a valid form of identification and if you are coming for a dermatologic consultation covered by insurance please bring your insurance card and copay if you have one. If you don’t have health insurance and need a general Cincinnati dermatology appointment, the first appointment is $200 dollars and the follow-ups are $120 dollars. If you need a cosmetic consultation the fee is $200 dollars and this fee gets applied to your first treatment.

Due to COVID-19, we are currently not allowing visitors with patients and everyone is required to wear a mask. We are taking all the measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and our employees have all been vaccinated. As always, don’t hesitate to contact us should you have any questions or concerns.
